Rental terms

Driver and licence requirements

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence. Foreign and international licences are accepted in English. Bring your driving licence when collecting the vehicle.

Security deposits and refunds

Small cars and sedans: AUD $500.
SUVs and UTEs: AUD $900.

The security deposit is separate from the hire price. It is refunded in full once the vehicle is returned, with no deductions from the deposit. Bank transfers can take 3–5 days, depending on the banking network.

Fuel and vehicle return

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you collected it.

Kilometres and travel area

The allowance is 200 kilometres per day. Rental travel is within Darwin City. Contact us by email or phone before travelling if you need a different kilometre allowance or travel area, so we can discuss and agree on arrangements.

Insurance and damage

Vehicles have comprehensive insurance. For excessive damage, the renter pays part of the cost. The contribution depends on the damage and will be discussed with the renter; no fixed contribution is stated here.

Cancellations

Cancellation is free when made at least 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup attract a penalty. There is no fixed penalty amount; contact our team to discuss the applicable amount.
